There shall come forth a shoot from the stump of Jesse, and a branch from his roots shall bear fruit.

Jesus was cut down to the lowest of lows only to be exalted to the highest of highs. When we go low with Him, we shall find that He is our life. And when He is revealed, we will be revealed with Him in glory (Colossians 3).
